Conformément aux termes et aux conditions du présent cahier spécial des charges, l’adjudicataire s’engage vis-à-vis du pouvoir adjudicateur à la livraison de licences logicielles Cornerstone en mode cloud (par exemple le mode SAAS) et des services annexes de l’éditeur pour les besoins du Centre d'Informatique pour la Région Bruxelloise (CIRB (Paradigm)),et pour les besoins des potentiels pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires du présent marché, dans le cadre de la centrale d’achats du CIRB (Paradigm). Ce marché couvre la solution Cornerstone On demand, et en particulier les modules suivants : - Module Core HR - Module Learning - Module Recruitement - Module Performance - Module Careers Et tous les produits et services additionnels de Cornerstone, non mentionnés ci-dessus.
