Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la conception et la réalisation d'un programme de travaux permettant de rénover la piscine (intérieur/extérieur) et de baisser de 20% les consommations énergétiques (MWh et MWhelec) associées aux équipements CVC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation) tout en respectant un niveau de service équivalent pour les usagers (températures, traitement d'eau et d'air, etc), et ceci dès la mise en route des nouvelles installations, ainsi que l'exploitation et la maintenance des équipements CVC des prestations de type P1 (avec intéressement), P2, P3 du Palais des Sports, des Arts et du Travail (PSAT) situé à Narbonne. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires et unitaires. Le montant estimatif des travaux du marché est de 4 200 000 euros HT (hors exploitation-maintenance)
