Description
Le marché a pour objet principal les services liés au développement de campagnes média pour l’Agence. Les prestations demandées sont : • Définir une stratégie média sur base des demandes de l’Agence. • Assurer le planning et l’achat d’espaces média pour les campagnes de communication de l’Agence, y compris l’adressage de messages par voie postale ou digitale. • Assister l’Agence dans l’utilisation et la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle de médias alternatifs en ce compris la communication digitale (par exemple l’utilisation des médias sociaux) ou les gérer sur demande de l’Agence. L’Agence pourra également confier à l’adjudicataire la réalisation d’études de marché, des recommandations en matière de marketing et communication.
