Description
La Commune dispose de deux principaux sites sportifs : le site de Langernargen et le site de Foucherolles. La présente opération porte sur les travaux de transformation du site de Langenargen. Les principales caractéristiques de l'opération, telles que figurant dans le programme sont les suivantes : - Réalisation d'un complexe sportif couvert regroupant : une salle omnisports 44 x 23,7m avec 250 places spectateurs, un dojo de 320m2 et une salle polyvalente (sport / culture) de 320m2 environ pouvant accueillir 200 places assises.- Aménagement d'espaces de pratique extérieurs : piste finlandaise, petits jeux collectifs, street work-out, blocs d'escalade, jeux pour enfants...- Réalisation de cheminements piétons et aires de stationnement. L'enveloppe prévisionnelle globale de l'opération est estimée à 10,5 M euros euros HT (valeur mai 2023), dont 8,4 M euros euros HT pour l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle dédiée aux travaux (valeur mai 2023) hors aléas.
