Le présent appel d'offres concerne l'exploitation des installations thermiques bois-gaz des bâtiments de la Commune de Vagney et de la chaufferie Biomasse avec : • une garantie de résultat sur le fonctionnement de l’installation bois énergie, • la fourniture de Bois sous forme de chaleur (P1 MC), • la fourniture du gaz naturel sous forme de chaleur (P1 MC), • la conduite, l'entretien courant et les dépannages des installations climatiques (P2), • la garantie totale (P3) du matériel installé existant tel que défini au CCTP.
