L’objet du marché auquel se rattache le présent guide de sélection consiste pour in BW et IPFBW (Pouvoir adjudicateur) à constituer avec un prestataire de services privé une société de projet (SPV) dont la mission sera de donner des avis au pouvoir adjudicateur concernant la réalisation, sur le Site, de projets dans le secteur de l’énergie (notamment, mais sans s’y limiter, des projets de production industrielle d’énergie renouvelable, de stockage d’énergie, de partage d’énergie, de valorisation de l’énergie produite, de flexibilité, etc.) et de développer et opérationnaliser de façon efficiente un ou plusieurs de ces projets sur le Site de la sablière de Mont-Saint-Guibert.
