La présente consultation a pour objet de sélectionner une équipe de maîtrise d'uvre pour l'opération de réhabilitation énergétique d'une partie du patrimoine résidentiel de la CAISSE DES DEPOTS ET CONSIGNATIONS dont ESSET à la gestion et ce, afin de répondre à l'objectif associant la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre et de consommations énergétiques que s'est fixé le Maitre d'ouvrage
