Description

La présente consultation porte sur un marché global sectoriel (MGS) au sens de l'article L.2171-5 du code de la commande publique (CCP), de conception, construction, aménagement, entretien, maintenance pour la construction d'un Centre Médico-Psychologique Enfants Adolescents à Saint-Louis. La surface de plancher dans l'oeuvre est estimée à 1 072 m². La surface aménagée extérieure n'est pas estimée à ce jour. Elle dépend de la configuration qui sera retenue pour le bâtiment. Le prix n'est pas le seul critère d'attribution et tous les critères sont énoncés uniquement dans les documents de consultation. Le marché à conclure est passé selon une procédure de dialogue compétitif en application des articles L.2124-4, R.2124-3 3° et R.2161-24 à R.2161-31 du Code de la commande publique (CCP). Le déroulement, les modalités d'organisation ainsi que le calendrier de la procédure sont décrites au Règlement de consultation. Une prime d'un montant maximal de 40 000 euro(s) HT sera accordé aux opérateurs ayant remis une offre initiale, ou en cas de négociations, une offre finale conforme au Règlement de consultation
