Description
Le Centre de Gestion de la Fonction Publique Territoriale de la Lozère, représenté par son Président, procède à la présente consultation en vue de souscrire une convention de participation pour la protection de la prévoyance complémentaire des personnels territoriaux des collectivités territoriales et des établissements publics de la Lozère, en application des textes et règlements en vigueur. Le contrat d'assurance de groupe ainsi souscrit prendra effet le 1er janvier 2026. La souscription du présent contrat intervient dans le cadre de la mise en place d'un accord collectif local conforme aux textes en vigueur. L'adhésion des collectivités ou établissements publics est libre. Un lot unique tels que prévu par l'accord sera proposé, comprenant : une offre de base, une offre supérieure proposant des garanties renforcées, 2 prestations supplémentaires éventuelles en garantie de la rente éducation et de l'incapacité temporaire renforcée pour les agents contractuels. Les collectivités seront engagées dans une convention de d'accompagnement avec le CDG, relative à la mise en place et au pilotage du contrat pendant la durée du marché.
