Description
La consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'Appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Le projet consiste en la construction de 40 logements répartis sur 1 bâtiment en R+8, avec un plateau de bureaux au R+3 et un niveau de stationnements en sous-sol (R-1). La durée des marchés débute à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie de parfait achèvement. A titre indicatif, la durée prévisionnelle des marchés est fixée à 32 mois
