Le projet de restauration concerne le Grand Palais à Paris, dans le 8ème arrondissement. Ce projet sous maîtrise d'ouvrage de la RMN-GP et sous maîtrise d'oeuvre de l'architecte en chef des monuments historiques concerne les travaux de CVCD - plomberie, d'électricité, d'appareils élévateurs dans le cadre des travaux de restauration et de remise aux normes du Grand Palais et du Palais de la Découverte. Le détail des lots figure aux CCTP. Les 3 lots comprennent chacun une prestation supplémentaire éventuelle portant sur les prestations d'exploitation maintenance. La justification du non -allotissement figure au RC.
