Description
Le marché se rapporte aux travaux de rénovation énergétique, salubrité et sécurisation de 152 logements à Charleroi. Il est divisé en lots comme suit : • Lot 1 : Travaux énergétique, isolation des toitures et des façades, mise en conformité électrique et gaz, remplacement de chaudière, mise en place de VMC,... • Lot 2 : Remplacement des menuiseries extérieurs et de parachèvement intérieurs qui y sont directement liés. Dans le cadre du présent marché, La Sambrienne souhaite : • favoriser l’insertion professionnelle en réalisant un effort de formation, d’insertion ou d’intégration socioprofessionnelle (Voir point C. Clause sociale). • également lutter contre le dumping social et la fraude sociale.
