Dans le cadre de son Plan Stratégique Patrimonial 2023, Côte d'Azur Habitat a lancé une opération de réhabilitation énergétique portant sur 28 résidences réparties en deux lots géographiques sur le Département des Alpes Maritimes comme suit : - LOT 1 : Résidences sous gestion des agences d'Antibes, Carros, regroupant 14 résidences, et totalisant 243 logements, - LOT 2 : Résidences sous gestion des agences de Menton, Le Forum, Las Planas, regroupant 14 résidences, et totalisant 299 logements, redécomposé en 3 sous-lots géographiques dénommés LOT 2A, LOT 2B, LOT 2C. Le présent marché a pour objet des travaux de réhabilitation énergétique portant sur le LOT 2C composé de 3 résidences (LE GRAND CAPELET, LA CHATAIGNERAIE et LES BURDANCHES 3). A la suite d'un précédent appel d'offre le LOT 08 CVC Plomberie ayant été déclaré infructueux, il a été décidé de relancer la présente consultation. La description des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont définies dans le cahier des clauses techniques particulières du lot.
