Description

Le présent marché de services a pour objet la réalisation des prestations de nettoyage des parties communes ainsi que le traitement des déchets des parties communes sur le patrimoine de Hauts-de-Seine HABITAT afin d'assurer : - La propreté des parties communes et locaux communs - La rotation des containers ordures ménagères et déchets recyclables. - La pérennité de l'état d'origine des revêtements et équipements compte tenu toutefois de leur vieillissement naturel. Objectifs à atteindre dans le cadre de cette consultation : - La propreté des parties communes - La fourniture d'une qualité de service répondant aux exigences décrites dans le présent cahier des charges. Le détail des prestations sont décrites dans le CCTP et ses annexes joints au DCE.
