Description
Le marché comporte les lots suivants : 2 lots. Lot 1 - blended learning : cours de langues en présentiel et/ou en distanciel avec accès à une plateforme en eLearning. Les cours s’organisent en individuel ou en groupe. Un SPOC coordonne l’organisation des cours. Lot 2 - full digital : cours de langues individuels suivis et gérés exclusivement en ligne via une plateforme par l’apprenant lui-même. Les cours s’achètent comme un service en ligne avec une ligne de crédit alimentée par bpost. Aucun intermédiaire ne doit coordonner les cours.
