Description
La consultation vise à la conclusion de marchés ayant pour objet la mise en oeuvre de prestations de services d'insertion professionnelle de type " Activ'Créa Emergence" destinées aux personnes inscrites à France Travail. Les marchés prennent la forme d'accords-cadres conclus avec un unique Titulaire et avec un maximum en quantité, défini en nombre de bénéficiaires à prendre en charge fixé au présent avis pour chaque lot pour la période ferme d'exécution du marché. La prestation "Activ'Créa Emergence" a pour objet d'explorer l'opportunité de créer ou reprendre une entreprise, à partir de la situation du bénéficiaire et du marché du travail. Elle est d'une durée maximum de 2 mois
