Description

Un marché public de services dont l'objet est une mission complète d'auteur de projet pour le développement d'un projet portant sur la construction de 6 logements acquisitifs de type conventionnés, d’une crèche communale néerlandophone d’environ 480 m2 hors-sol et d’un jardin didactique. La construction de la crèche se fait dans le cadre du contrat de quartier durable « Midi ». Les délais de réalisation du projet sont dès lors bornés par ce contrat de quartier. La construction de la nouvelle structure se fera au travers de la mise en œuvre d'une structure bois de type « CLT » (Cross Laminated Timber).
