Description
Le marché a pour objet les prestations de maintenance et fourniture de consommables pour la réalisation de techniques HLA sur automates de pipetage HAMILTON. Le marché public constitue un accord-cadre exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande, conformément à l'article L.2125-1 1° ainsi qu'aux articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Cet accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Il est conclu comme suit avec seulement un maximum de 3 000 000 euros HT sur la durée totale du marché reconductions incluses (article R.2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique).
