Le marché porte sur la mise en place et la gestion d’un plan d’épargne entreprise (PEE) et d’un plan d’épargne retraite d’entreprise collectif (PERECO) à adhésion facultative pour les salariés d’illevia. Conçu pour compléter les régimes de retraite obligatoire, il a pour objet de permettre aux salaries de se constituer une épargne en vue de leur retraite, dispositif d’épargne salariale à long terme.
