Description
Marché de maitrise d'œuvre relatif à la restructuration des niveaux R+3 et R+5 du CH de CARPENTRAS 84200 FRANCE. La procédure de passation retenue : la procédure avec négociation ouverte (Article L2124-3 de la CCP). La mission confiée au maître d'œuvre sera composée d'une mission de base telle qu'elle est définie en France par les articles R.2431-4 à R.2431-7 du code de la commande publique (ESQ, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR) et étendue à des missions complémentaires (DIAG, QUANT, CSSI, MOB, STD, FLJ, SIGNA), une PSE est également demandée pour la mission OPC. La durée prévisionnelle du marché est estimée à : Phase étude : 5 mois (y compris phase ACT) Phase travaux : 10 mois (y compris préparation de chantier) Phase GPA : 12 mois
