le projet de restructuration et d'extension du site Espace Philippe Seguin a pour objectif de réhabiliter et rénover une partie du site pour aménager un amphithéâtre moderne, modulable, flexible, des salles de cours banalisées et informatiques modulables, une bibliothèque de recherche , des espaces de travail collaboratifs pour tous les usagers du site, des espaces associatifs et le jardin en y intégrant des espaces de vie étudiante sportifs et collaboratifs
