Le présent marché est un marché de maîtrise d??uvre ayant pour objet la rénovation technique du gymnase du Lycée Français Jean Renoir de Munich. Il s?agit d?un marché de substitution suite à la résiliation du marché de maîtrise d??uvre initial relatif à cette opération. La conception de ce projet a été réalisée entre 2021 et 2022, l'appel d'offres des travaux a été attribué en octobre 2023, et les travaux ont débuté en février 2024.
