Le projet consiste en la refonte de l'aménagement de la Plaine des Sports du Quartier Est de Manosque par l'introduction de nouveaux usages et le requestionnement de la nature des équipements sportifs de cet espace. Cette vaste emprise est soumise au risque d'inondation, contrainte dont l'aménagement devra tenir compte tout en développant de nouvelles installations à l‘attention d'un public le plus large possible.
