La commune de Sernhac a décidé de construire une maison médicale sur le site de la cave vinicole.C'est la construction neuve de locaux professionnels (dont une maison médicale) qui fait l'objet du contrat de maitrise d'oeuvre.Le programme comprendra 500m² total en R+1 dont 100m² de locaux commerciaux en RDC et 400m² pour les professions libérales
