Ambition environnementale : projet de construction certifié NF HABITAT HQE, PRESTATERRE BEE + ou PROMOTELEC (ou équivalent) avec RE 2020 en avance de phase, soit pour un dépôt de PC 2026 : seuil 2028. Le groupement titulaire développera le projet en BIM selon le cahier des charges et la BIM du MOA.
