Le concours porte sur la construction d'un cinéma municipal en lieu et place d'un ancien garage automobile sis place Gambetta à Argentat-Sur-Dordogne. Réalisation d'un cinéma de deux salles - 180 et 70 places avec hall/foyer. La partie de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux (y compris déconstruction) est estimée à 1 160 000Euros HT. Ce montant est calculé sur la base d'une surface utile envisagée de 580m².
