Description
Conformément aux articles L.2122-1 et R.2122-6 du Code de la Commande Publique, la présente procédure est issue du concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre dont l'avis de marché a été envoyé pour publication au BOAMP et au JOUE le 05/04/2024 (n°24-40655 et n°208635-2024). Elle est conclue avec le lauréat du concours, conformément à l'avis du jury rendu le 12 mars 2025 et de la décision de choix du lauréat telle que signée le 19 mars 2025 par le pouvoir adjudicateur. La mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre porte sur une mission de base, des missions complémentaires et des missions transversales pour la construction neuve du Nouvel Hôpital (35 760m2 SDO)
