Le présent marché est un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la réhabilitation écologique et paysagère du parc urbain classé « Faucigny Lucinge ». Il a pour objet de décrire les modalités de la mission de maitrise d'oeuvre pour l'élaboration d'un projet d'aménagement paysager et écologique du parc Faucigny Lucinge, confiée par la Ville de Melun, maitre d'ouvrage.
