Description
La consultation a pour objet l'exécution de la mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour une opération de désamiantage, démolition et construction d'un programme de 18 logements répartis entre 2 bâtiments, nommée " Les Terrasses du Mercantour " située 10 Avenue Kellerman à Saint Martin de Vésubie (06450) de la phase PRO jusqu'à la phase AOR sur la base de l'Avant-Projet (APD) déjà arrêté. La présenté consultation est une relance, les missions ESQ, APS, APD ont déjà été réalisées au titre d'un précédent marché résilié. Montant des travaux à mettre en oeuvre : 3 500 000 euros HT. Les composantes et caractéristiques des prestations sont décrites dans les Cahiers des Charges joints au Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE).
