Description
Le présent Marché a pour objet la désignation d'une équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre, au sens des articles R. 2430-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique (ayant intégré les dispositions de la loi n°85-704 du 12 juillet 1985 relative à la maîtrise d'ouvrage publique et à ses rapports avec la maîtrise d'oeuvre privée, dite " ex-loi MOP "), portant sur la rénovation du crématorium du Père Lachaise.
