La consultation porte sur les prestations désignées ci-après : MARCHÉ DE MAINTENANCE ET D'EXPLOITATION DES INSTALLATIONS THERMIQUES DANS LES BUREAUX CARNOT ET PMS ALLÈGRE DU DÉPARTEMENT DU VAR Le financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental. La visite des sites est facultative ; elle peut être effectuée au plus tard 12 jours calendaires avant la date limite de remise des offres. Il sera conclu un marché mixte mono-attributaire avec une partie forfaitaire et une partie unitaire à bons de commande conformément aux articles R . 2162-1. à R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. et R. 2162-14. du CCP La valeur estimée est de : - 2000 euro(s) HT pour la phase 1 de la partie forfaitaire, phase non reconductible, - 58 475 euro(s) HT par an pour la phase 2 de la partie forfaitaire, phase reconductible, - 7260 …
