Description
Les prestations attendues dans le cadre du marché sont des prestations de maintenance préventive systématique et de maintenance corrective différée et d'urgence des portes et portails automatiques se trouvant dans les propriétés communales de la ville d'Aix en Provence. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots. La dévolution en lots séparés est de nature à restreindre la concurrence ou risque de rendre techniquement difficile ou financièrement plus coûteuse l'exécution des prestations (article L2113-11 2° du CCP). Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire à prix mixtes. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter du 01/01/2025 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Le marché est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de période de reconduction est fixé à 3; La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an, soit une durée maximale de 4 ans. Les prestations seront réglées par un prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et par application de prix unitaires (BPU) selon les stipulations de l'acte d'engagement. Le montant maximum annuel alloué pour ce marché est de 65 000 euro(s) HT
