Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance, l'entretien et les travaux d'installation du système de vidéoprotection, communication électronique, supervision technique, et du système de transmission hertzien de vidéoprotection, repartis sur le patrimoine de Hauts-de-Seine Habitat. Le marché est un appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché de services à prix mixtes : unitaires et forfaitaires. Les prestations à prix unitaires concernent l'installation et le dépannage des matériels de vidéoprotection et du dispositif de transmission des images. Les prestations à prix forfaitaires concernent la visite annuelle de l'efficience du dispositif de vidéoprotection ne pouvant faire l'objet d'une supervision. Pour la partie à prix unitaires, il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande sans montant minimum avec un maximum annuel en valeur de 750 000 euros H.T. conformément aux articles R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique.
