La présente consultation a pour objet l’exploitation, l’entretien, la maintenance et le suivi des installations de chauffage, d’eau chaude sanitaire, de ventilation et de climatisation des bâtiments municipaux de la Ville de Clamecy. Le marché prévoit notamment la gestion de 21 sites, avec un engagement sur la performance, le suivi technique, et un programme pluriannuel de travaux de maintenance préventive et curative. Il est conclu pour une durée de 5 ans, à compter du 1er octobre 2025.
