Le présent marché a pour objet l'exploitation de la déchèterie intercommunale de la Communauté de Communes des Vallons du Lyonnais (CCVL) située à Vaugneray. Il fait suite à la relance du marché référencé 2024MS17 ayant fait l'objet d'une déclaration sans suite. Le présent marché est un appel d'offre ouvert passé en application des article L2124-2, R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la commande publique
