Le présent accord-cadre concerne les fournitures et les prestations nécessaires à l'exploitation des installations thermiques du patrimoine de la Ville de LAGNY-SUR-MARNE, selon les clauses et conditions précisées dans le présent dossier d'appel d'offres. Le marché de base du type P1 MTI, comprend des prestations P2, P3 : - P1 : Fourniture du gaz P1 pour les sites concernés sous forme d'un contrat P1 Marché Température avec Intéressement MTI - P2 : Prestations d'exploitation, de conduite, d'entretien, d'astreinte, de maintenance préventive et corrective des installations de production et de distribution de chauffage, de climatisation, de ventilation et d'eau chaude sanitaire et des installations connexes - P3 : Prestations de gros entretien et renouvellement des installations, avec garantie totale et gestion transparente - P3 : Réalisation de travaux de mise en conformité et d'amélioration des installations faisant l'objet du présent marché. L'exécution des prestations aura lieu du 1er janvier 2026 ou au plus tard à sa date de notification, jusqu'au 30 juin 2034.
