Description

L'opération consiste en la construction d'un nouveau bâtiment sur une parcelle réservée d'environ 1ha 02a 66ca, pour permettre l'implantation de 180 lits d'hébergement de personnes âgées dépendantes (60 lits type USLD et 120 lits d'EHPAD dont un secteur protégé/UHR, hébergement permanent et temporaire), création d'un PASA et d'un accueil de jour. Le marché sera décomposé en 4 Phases : 1-PRISE EN CHARGE DU DOSSIER / 2- ASSISTANCE AUX PRESTATIONS INTELLECTUELLES CONNEXES AUX TRAVAUX - 2.1 Assistance au phase d'exécution / 3-ASSISTANCE A LA CONSULTATION DU MARCHE GLOBAL SECTORIEL DE CONCEPTION REALISATION - 3.1 Consultation/Analyse des offres y compris négociation et participation aux jurys - 3.2 Mise au point du marché / 4- ASSISTANCE PENDANT LES ETUDES DE CONCEPTION LA REALISATION DES TRAVAUX LA GPA 4.1 Assistance aux études de conception y compris toutes les autorisations administratives 4.2 Assistance aux études d'exécution 4.3 Assistance à la réalisation des travaux 4.4 Assistance à la réception des travaux et des équipements 4.5 Suivi des résultats et assistance durant la période de garantie, traitement des réclamations, rapport de fin d'opération .
