Elia is looking for a new offline electronic access control system to be used generally as a secondary access control system within Elia (next to the online access control system – badge). The term ‘electronic access control system’ refers to a total concept of an offline system based on the use of an electronic key and cylinder as well as validation tools and software, the requirements can be found in the attachments. In this tender we specifically search for a manufacturer of the material.
