Description
Deze aanbesteding gaat over het inrichten en het op een professionele wijze bemensen van het Rotterdamse mantelzorgsteunpunt Mantelfoon. Mantelfoon is een telefonisch steunpunt dat 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week bereikbaar is voor mantelzorgers voor een luisterend oor, informatie en advies. Met Mantelfoon wil de Aanbestedende Dienst ertoe bijdragen dat mantelzorgers zich voldoende ondersteund, gewaardeerd en gefaciliteerd voelen. Mantelfoon dient daarbij een knooppunt te zijn in het stedelijke netwerk voor mantelzorgondersteuning en te fungeren als kenniscentrum over Mantelzorg in de stad.
