L’appel d’offres a pour objet la mise en soumission de la conclusion d'un contrat de mandat, pour une durée de 7 ans, en matière de révision des comptes statutaires de Romande Energie Holding SA et des sociétés affiliées ainsi que des comptes consolidés du Groupe Romande Energie. Le mandat d’assurance et d’audit d’une sélection d’indicateurs ESG fait partie intégrante du périmètre d’intervention. La nomination de l’organe de révision est soumise pour chaque société à l’assemblée générale annuelle des actionnaires.
