Description
Le marché faisant l’objet de l’appel d’offres concerne la conclusion d’un contrat-cadre multi-adjudicataires pour une période de cinq ans afin de soutenir la fonction achats dans la réalisation des appels d’offres publics. Le mandataire traitera en autonomie le processus achats, depuis la réception du besoin jusqu’à la contractualisation du marché. Pour cela, il devra au travers de séances d’échanges avec les responsables métier (RM), émetteurs de la demande d’achat/besoin, préparer les différentes séances officielles et documents d’appels d’offres dans le respect des règles des marchés publics et internes à GA.
