Le marché faisant l’objet de l’appel d’offres concerne un mandat de réalisation de prestations de services par du personnel qualifié afin d'exécuter les différentes missions exigées dans le cahier des charges. Le but est notamment de s'assurer de la gestion des flux passagers aux départ et à l'arrivée dans l'ensemble des Terminaux et s'assurer que l'Expérience client soit la plus agréable et fluide possible.
