Deze aanbesteding richt zich op het realiseren van een flexibel en doelmatig inhuurproces voor externe krachten binnen diverse domeinen, waarmee we inspelen op fluctuerende en ad-hoc capaciteitsbehoeften zonder aan kwaliteit of maatschappelijk verantwoorde werkwijzen te tornen. De opdracht biedt een raamwerk voor tijdelijke versterking bij piekbelasting, onvervulde vacatureruimte, projecten en specifieke deskundigheid die niet intern beschikbaar is, zodat we operationele en strategische functies effectief kunnen ondersteunen.
