Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein Vertrag über die Erbringung eines Managed Services für die Formular- und Briefentwicklung der AOK NordWest. Für die Entwicklungen wird das Outputmanagementsystem ExStream V16 genutzt. Derzeit führt die AOK NordWest eine Umstellung auf M/Text durch - diese ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung. Die Entwicklungen auf dem Outputmanagementsystem ExStream umfassen die laufenden Anpassungen bis zur finalen Ablösung durch M/Text. Die Ausschreibung umfasst die komplette ExStream Formular- und Briefentwicklung. Dies betrifft insbesondere die Durchführung von Änderungen und Fehlerbehebungen, aber auch die Neuentwicklungen und Optimierungen.
