Kela on kilpailuttanut vuonna 2019 maksuliikenneohjelmistopalvelun EU-kynnysarvon ylittävänä hankintana ja saas-palveluna. Sopimusmuutoksen kohteena on Kelan ja Nomentia Oy:n (ent. Analyste Oy) välinen maksuliikenneohjelmistoa koskeva -palvelusopimus nro 12/442/2018. Sopimus on allekirjoitettu 25.7.2019 ja se on voimassa toistaiseksi.
