Description
Le présent marché a pour objet les prestations de maîtrise d'œuvre pour la construction du nouveau Pôle autisme géré par l'ADAPEI 53, sur un terrain d'une superficie de 8 500m² viabilisé et situé à Laval, ZAC Ferrié (ilot F2). Le projet envisagé sera composé de 3030m² de surface utile. Les aménagements extérieurs et parkings seront également à prévoir. Le projet est soumis pour partie à la réglementation de la ZAC. Un contact étroit sera établi avec Laval Mayenne Aménagement. 3 esquisses seront demandées afin d'étudier plusieurs possibilités d'implantation. L'estimation provisoire des travaux est de 8.5 millions d'euros TTC. Il est demandé: - Un Architecte, - Un Economiste, - Un BET béton, - un BET fluides, - un BET VRD, - un BET acoustique, - OPC.
