MAITRISE D'OEUVRE POUR LA REQUALIFICATION DES AVENUES JOLIOT CURIE ET PAUL LANGEVIN DANS LA COMMUNE DE PERIGNY (RD108) Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. La durée mentionnée pour le marché, correspond à la durée globale prévisionnelle, prévue pour l'exécution de l'ensemble des prestations de la tranche ferme: 36 mois. La date de début d'exécution renseignée au présent avis est purement indicative, la date de début d'exécution faisant foi pour les parties étant celle définie selon les dispositions contractuelles applicables Le délai limite de notification des prestations des tranches optionnelles, à compter du début d'exécution de la tranche ferme, est de 48mois. voir le CCAP. Le montant total estimatif des travaux est de 3 000 000 euro(s) HT dont 1 000 000 euro(s) HT de renforcement de la route départementale n° 108 ayant déjà fait l'objet d'une étude par le Conseil Départemental de la Charente-Maritime, voir détails dans le DCE.
