<br/>Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires.<br/>Le projet est une opération de travaux de réhabilitation des espaces intérieure et extérieurs et une rénovation énergétique sur le groupe scolaire Simone THOULOUZE qui accueille 11 classes en élémentaire et 7 classes en maternelle soit un total de 424 élèves sur le groupe scolaire (soit 264 en élémentaire et 160 en maternelle). Les enjeux du projet est de permettre aux enfants de s'épanouir dans un environnement correspondant aux contraintes de notre temps et permettant de pouvoir apprendre de bonnes conditions. <br/>
