Le présent marché concerne une mission complète de Maîtrise d'œuvre DIAG/APS/APD/PRO/DCE/ACT/VISA/DET/OPC/AOR portant sur la réhabilitation de : l'immeuble « LE TERMINUS » en vue d'y implanter un espace de « CO-WORKING » ciblé sur le domaine médical et une brasserie situé Place de la gare à Menton. La mission comportera l'étude de plusieurs scenarii pour la réhabilitation du bâtiment « LE TERMINUS » avec, au minimum, les scénarii suivants : - Réaménagement complet des locaux sur la base de l'existant. - Création d'un étage en surélévation sur la partie du bâtiment propriété CARF avec réaménagement complet des locaux. - Démolition complète des locaux appartenant à la CARF et reconstruction en R+3
