Description

Le présent marché concerne une mission complète de Maîtrise d'œuvre DIAG/APS/APD/PRO/DCE/ACT/VISA/DET/OPC/AOR portant sur la réhabilitation d'un Bâtiment Industriel pour la transformation du Citron sur Menton. La mission devra intégrer une version dite « optimisée » d'environ 658 m2 (383 m2 en RDC et 275 m2 en R+1) et de prévoir une possible extension, dans un second temps, des locaux pour atteindre une surface d'environ 783 m2 (508 m2 en RDC et 275 m2 en R+1). Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est estimé par le maître d'ouvrage à 2 000 000 € HT dans sa version optimisée (658 m2).
